摘　　要：本文对汽车电控燃油喷射系统的关键部件绝对压力传感器中的厚膜混合集成电路的设计制作做了一定的分析与研究，为配合汽车电喷技术开发作了有益的尝试。To combine with development of electro-controled jet technique of automobiles, this paper reports analysis and research on design and fabrication of thick film hybrid IC for absolute-pressure sensor-key assembly in the electrocontrolled jet system of automobile.
