摘  要:通过残余应力的测定,研究了MonelK-500合金的时效开裂.结果表明,裂纹萌生于表面而向心部扩展.冷加工残余应力迭加时效热应力,以及时效初期表层优先脆化是K-500合金时效开裂的主要原因.机械矫直有利于冷加工残余应力的调整和松弛,能有效地防止合金的时效开裂.The tendency to aging crack in Monel alloy K-500 has been investigated by means of measuringthe residual stresses. The results shows that such cracks are found initially on the surface then propagated into the core. It was revealed that the reasons why the alloy cracks in aging process are mainly the residualstress due to cold working in addition to the heat stress and the surface-layer brittleness occuring firstly in aging process to adjust and relax the residual stresses due to cold working,mechanical straightening was provedof benefit and available to prevent the alloy from aging cracks.
