摘 要:用热电动势法快速测定了微碳铬铁中硅含量.当冷热端温度差为280℃和黄铜为参比极时,热电动势E_t与待测极微碳铬铁中硅含量[%Si]间有如下关系:E_t=14.238—0.582[%Si],mV.其测量精度与化学法和光谱法相比.分别为±0.04%Si和±0.028%Si.每次测试时间为30s.The silicon content in low-carbon ferrochrom can be determined quickly by means of thermal electromotive force,i. e. TEMF. The results show that the relationship between thermal TEMF and silicon content is Et= 14. 238- 0. 582[%Si], mV,where the temperature difference between hot and cold ends, (t1 t0),is defined as 280℃ and that the reference electrode is made of brass with low carbon ferrochrom the working electrode. The accruacies by this method and by chemical spectrographic analysis are 0.04% Si and 0. 028% Si,respectively. Time required for each determination is 30 seconds.
