白桦嫩枝扦插繁殖技术的研究（Ⅰ）

摘　　要：通过白桦嫩枝扦插及移栽试验、对影响插穗生根的各种因素进行了研究，认为使用生根促进剂和枝条的幼化状态对生根率有显著影响。扦插苗的成活率在不同的移栽时间之间存在显著差异。用伐根的当年生半木质木萌条扦插生根效果最好，平均生根率在７０％以上。移栽成活率为６２．５％。A number of factors which affect root formation and survival of rooted cuttings were studied in this paper through green wood cutting and rooted cutting transplanting experiments. The results showed that hormone treatment and juvenility of cuttings had significant influence on rooting percentage. Significant difference of survival rates was found between transplanting times. The best result was obtained when annual half-hard sprouts from stumps were used ascutting material and average rooting rate was more than 70%. The survival ratewas 62. 5%.
