摘  要:对T8A钢锯链热处理工艺进行对比试验研究,结果表明:改用840℃高温淬火后于200℃回火或经840℃加热、280℃等温处理,其金相组织分别为强韧性较好的板条马氏体和下贝氏体,试件比常规热处理工艺的抗拉强度、抗育强度和挠度均有明显提高。The chain of oil saw is made of the T8A steel. but its performance is not up to standard.In this article, analysis has been made for the using of saw chain steel between domestic and abroad. For the saw chain steel of abroad, it contains the alloy elements of Ni and Mo St and Cr. So its per formance is much higher than that of the T8A steel,meanwhile the comparative research of the heat treatment technology for the T8A steel has been done.The improved heat treatment technology is that after quenching at 840℃ then tempering at 200 t or heating to 840℃and then isothermal treatment is processed at 280℃.Their metallographic structures are the lamella martensite and the lamella bainite with high strength and strong tenacity.As a result,its bending strength.ultimate tensile strength and flexibleness are much more higher than that of the saw chain steel with the routine heat treatment technology.
