落叶松缓尺蠖核型多角体病毒的研究

摘　　要：落叶松绶尺蠖（ＺｅｔｈｅｎｉａｒｕｆｅｓｃｅｎｔａｒｉａＭｏｔｓｈｕｌｓｋｙ）核型多角体病毒（ＺｒＮＰＶ）是一株对落叶松绶尺蠖幼虫具有很强感染力的病毒。本文主要对多角体进行了电镜扫描及超薄切片观察，对该病毒的致病力等进行了研究。结果多角体大小为０．８～２．３μｍ，形状为三角形、四角形至不规则形；病毒粒子为杆状、多粒包埋，大小为１８０～２３０×３０ｕｍ。该病毒在自然界发病率为７５％以上；室内用１．２６×１０６ＰＩＢ／ｍＬ～１．２１６×１０８ＰＩＢ／ｍＬ；接毒试验其校正死亡率１龄幼虫为７４．８３％～９６．２３％；２龄幼虫为６５．９６％～９６．８１％；３龄幼虫为６１．７２％～９１．５５％；４龄幼虫为５５．７３％～９３．５６％。Zethenia rufescentaria Motschulsky Nuclear polyhedrosis virus(ZrNPV)was a strain of virus with high infecting ability to Z.Rufescentaria Motschulsky.Thispaper studied the polyhedral bodies with scanning electron micoscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM) as well as the virulence of the virus.The polyhedral bodies were triangle,quadrilateral and unregular,0.8 2.3μm.The virions were rod shaped,multiple embeded,180 230×30μm.The infecting rateof this virus was over 75% in nature.The laboratory tests showed that thecorrect mortality of larvae, infected by 1.216×106 PIB/ml-1.26×106 PIB/mlwas 74.83 96.23% for the first instar,65.96-96.81% for the second instar,61.72-91.55% for the third instar,55.73 93.56%for the form instar respectively.
