落叶松绶尺蠖核型多角体病毒的生物测定

摘　　要：落叶松绶尺蠖核型多角体病毒是一株毒力较强的病毒，用１．２１６×１０８ＰＩＢ／ｍＬ的浓度感染１～４龄幼虫，其死亡率在９１．５５％～９６．８１％之间。本文主要介绍落叶松绶尺蠖核型多角体病毒的生物测定，分别确定了ＺｒＮＰＶ浓度和幼虫死亡率、ＺｒＮＰＶ浓度和幼虫死亡时间的回归方程式。The Zethenia rufescentaria nuclear polyhedrosis virus (ZrNPV) is a strain of virus with high toxicity.The mortality of lst to 4th instar larvae of Z.rufescentaria was between 91.55% and 96.81% with 1.216 ×108 PIB/mL.This paper described the bioassy of ZrNPV on the Z.rufescenlaria.We determined the regresion equations between ZrNPV concentration and pest mortality.ZrNPV concentration and lethal time.
