摘  要:番茄叶霉病菌(Cladosproriumfulvum)菌丝生长的适宜培养基为PSA培养基和大麦培养基.菌丝生长的适宜温度为20~25℃,pH为5.0~6.0分生孢子萌发的适宜温度为25℃.pH为4.0~5.0.相对湿度低于86%时,分生孢子不能萌发.空气有利于孢子萌发.该病菌在PSA培养基上培养4天后开始产孢,培养13天累积产孢量最多.光照对产孢有明显抑制作用.在病叶表面越冬的分生孢子萌发率可达20%左右.分生孢子的致死温度为45℃,5min。Tomato leaf mould is caused by Cladosporium fulvia .The best cultural medium for the growth of the pathogen was barley medium or PSA medium.The optimum temperature and pH values for the growth of the mycelium were 20 ̄25℃ and pH5.0 ̄6.0 respectively. Theoptimum temperature and pH values for the germination of spores were 25℃and pH 4.0 ̄5.0.The spores germinated when RH was over 86%. Oxygen was nceded for the germination.The pathogen began to sporulate four days after the conldia were inoculated in PSA medium and reached its maximum on the thirteenth day.The germination rate of the overwintered spores was about 20%,the thermal death point of the spores was 45℃ for 5 minutes.
