摘  要:利用与细胞增殖有关的抗原GP_(125)和B_3抗体结合,形成抗原抗体复合物,再同酶结合形成抗原-抗体-酶复合物。该复合物与ABTS-H_2O_2发生颜色反应,在一定波长下可测定细胞增殖。本法亦可测定细胞活化剂效应及抗癌药物的抑瘤效应,是一种测定细胞增殖活动性的非放射性方法。In this study. the cell proloferation-related antigen GP 125 has been used to conjugate with the antibody B_3 to form an antigen-antibody complex which was in turn conjugate with the enzymes to produce an antigen-antibody-enzyme complex. This complex can be used to measure quantitatively the rate of cell proliferation by.reacting with ABTS H_2O_2 followed by detecting the coloration under a fixed wave-length. This procedure is also useful in measurements of the effects of cell activation agents and anti-tumour drugs. It has been developed as a non-radioactive method for evaluatiog activities of cell proliferation.
