摘　　要：提出了一种基于边界点方向的新的边界检测方法。由于充分利用了边界点的方向信息，该方法具有良好的总体性能，如抑制噪声能力强、边界呈单象素宽、定位精度高、运算速度快等．文中给出了实验结果及与其它方法的比较、分析。A simple hierarchical coarse-to-fine edge detection method based on the direction of poten- tial edge elements is given. Because of the adequate utilization of the direction information, thismethod is successful in noise suppression , edge location accuration and computational efficiency,thatis shown by the experiment results.
