驯鹿艾美虫属一新种（球虫目：艾美科）

摘　　要：本文记述寄生于驯鹿Ｒａｎｇｉｆｅｒｔａｒａｎｄｕｓ艾美虫属一新种──敖鲁古雅艾美虫Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａａｏｈｕｇｕｙａｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ，新种的特征是具有卵羹残体和最小的量度，可与文献中记载寄生于驯鹿的五种艾美虫相区别．The oocysts are subspherical and colourless or light yellow. The wall is double-layered and bears a micropyle but it is only thin at the position of micropyle.The' oocysts measure 12. 5 - 16.25 ×11 .25 - 15μm (15.39 ×13.58μm ). Sporulationtakes 6 - 7 days at 25 ℃. The sporulated oocysts contain no polar granule, but have an oocyst residuum 3 - 4μm in diameter. The sporocysts (9- 11 × 4.5-5μm in size) have a sporocyst residuum and a stieda body on the pointed end. The spororites measure 5. 5 - 7. 5 × 2. 5μm.The new species.could be distinguished from the five spedes described previously by presence of oocyst residuum and the smallest size.The coeddium was found in Aoluguya, Inner Mongolia (52.2 ° N, 122. 1°E), in the faeces of reindeer, preserved in the inner Mongolian Academy of Animal Science.
