摘  要:利用放射免疫分析法测定了排卵、排精前后青岛文昌鱼(Branchiostoma belcheri)体内促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)的含量变化,并通过高效液相色谱比较了雌、雄文昌鱼性腺及除性腺外体部GnRH的种类和含量的异同。结果表明:l)生殖过程中雌、雄文昌鱼体内GnRH含量的变化规律不同;雌性文昌鱼体内GnRH总含量在排卵时有所下降,排后12小时下降最为明显,以后逐渐上升到排前水平;雄性文昌鱼仅在排精时有所下降,2小时后即稳定在排前水平。2)文昌鱼卵巢和精巢中均存在较高含量的哺乳类GnRH(mGnRH)和较低含量的鱼类GnRH(sGnRH),并且两种GnRH的含量在卵巢和精巢中无明显差异。3)雌、雄文昌鱼体部的mGnRH和sGnRH含量存在较大差异:雌性中以mGnRH为主,而雄性中sGnRH的含量则远高于雌性中的含量。本工作同时提示在性腺发育及生殖过程中文昌鱼体内的mGnRH可能较sGnRH起更重要的作用。The contents and multiple forms of Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH ) in amphioxus (Branchiostoma belcheri ) during breeding season were studied by the radioimmunoassay and high performance liquid chromatography. It is found that the GnRH level of female decreased significantly at 12 hours after spawning and then increased to the initial level. No obvious change was observed after spermiation in males. There are two forms of GnRH in amphioxus gonads. The contents of mammalian GnRH are higher than salmonic GnRH in testes, overy, and the female body, but contrary in the male baby. These results showed that the changes of GnRH content during amphioxus breeding are similar to the changes during the mammalian reproductive process in both sexes. They also indicted that mGnRH may be played a more important role in the development of gonads and reproductive process, especially in female amphioxus.
