面状前吻吸虫生活史的研究

摘　　要：本文报告面状前吻吸虫［Ｐｒｏｓｏｒｈｙｎｃｈｕｓ　ｆａｃｉｌｉｓ　（Ｏｚａｋｉ，１９２４）Ｅｃｋｍａｎｎ，１９３２］的全程生活史。首次发现其第一中间宿主──寻氏肌蛤（Ｍｕｓｃｈｕｌｕｓ　ｓｅｎｈｏｕｓｅｉ）通过大量的观察研究确认其胞蚴只有一代，尾蚴和囊蚴都有不同程度的早熟现象，同时还指出后蚴的发育与水温有密切关系。The paper reports the life cycle of Prosorhynchus facilis (Ozaki, 1924)Eckmann, 1932, Musculus senhousei was found to serve as the first intermediate host for P. facilis. At the same time, we also found that the sporcyst of P. facilis is only one generation and testes anlages occur in the cercaria, the genital anlages of ovary, male pouch and vitallaria in the metacercaria, Studies on the life cycle of P. facilis indicated that the developmental period of twenty-one days in the second intermediate host,Oryzia latipes,is evidently necessary before the metacercaria are infective to the final host at water temperature of 22.5 - 23℃ and we found that the data needed by the development of metacercaria is different at different water temperature, Cycsts containing well-developed metacercaria were fed to Inimicus japonicus, Glossogobius olivaceus, Therapon jarbus and Sparus latus, but only Inimicus japonicus was successful in being infected. The metacercaria grew and were examinated from all at internal of from eight days to fifty-three days after infection. Egg production occurs within the pyloric caeca of Inimicus japonicus, the definitive host,until thirty five days after infection.
