左心室条束的体视学研究

摘　　要：本文用成年人、牛、猪、羊和狗的心脏对左心室条束（亦称假腱索）进行了体视学研究。人与动物左心室暗红色条束的心肌细胞体积密度之间有着非常显著性差别。狗左心室条束的心肌细胞体积密度和表面积密度比左心室壁低，束细胞体积密度低于室间隔。结果表明：左心室条束内含有丰富的传导组织，心肌细胞和毛细血管的表面积密度之间具有密切的正相关关系。The morphometric studies on the left ventricular bands (or false tendons ) was carried out in the hearts of men, oxen, pigs, sheep and dogs by using stereological method. In volume densities of the myocardial cells of the dark-red bands in the left ventricle, there are significant differences between men and animals. In dogs f volume densities and surface area densities of the myocardial cells of the left ventricular bands are smaller than those of the left ventricular walls, and volume densities of the bundle cells are smaller than those of the interventricular septums. Conclusion might be drawn that the left ventricular band contains rich con f ductive tissue, and there is a close positive correlation between surface area densities of myoc ardial cells and those of capillaries.
