滇金丝猴血液学和血液生物化学的研究

摘　　要：捕自云南维西，德钦县的６只滇金丝猴（Ｒｈｉｎｏｐｉｔｈｅｃｕｓｂｉｅｔｉ），其中雌性４只，雄性２只，在昆明饲养了６－１２个月，饲料以新鲜树叶和水果为主。结核菌素试验阴性，细菌培养无致病菌生Ｋ。于早晨喂食前自上肢取血，用ＴｅｃｈｎｉｃｏｎＲＡ－１００型全自动血液生化分析仪测定了１４个血液生化值和血象。结果发现，尿素氮、肌酐、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷氨酰转肽酶比人和猕猴正常参数高，尿酸、甘油三脂比人和猕猴低，其余指标与人和猕猴相似。Six golden monkeys,4 females and 2 males got from northwest of Yunnan,China,were kept in captive for 6 to 12 months.The body weight was 4.4 to 10kg and approximately in age from 2 to 7 years old.The OT was negative and free of pathogenic bacilli infection for the animals.Blood samples were obtained from upper arm vein before feeding in the morning.Fourteen hematological and biochemical values were deteimined by Technicon RA-100 automatic blood biochemical analyzer.The results indicated that the urea nitrogen,creatinine,glutamictransaminase,glutamyltranspeptidase,lactate dehydrogenase,alkaline phosphatase in the monkeys were higher than that of human and rhesus monkeys.Their uric acid.triglycerides was lower than that of human and rhesus monkeys.The other values were similar with human or rhesus monkeys.This work supported by the Chines Academy of Sciences Project 'The conservation biology for endager flora and fauna endemic to China,and population viability analysis' which supported by The Chinese Academy of Sciences.
