超高压水压机工作缸的强度分析

摘　　要：针对超高压缸的破坏问题,用切环法进行了强度分析,导出了进行强度计算的算式;经计算,查明了破坏原因,提出改用活缸底式结构,并在生产中应用。In order to solve the problem of breaking of superhigh pressure cylinder,the Cutting Ring Method was used and a formula for calculating its strength is presented.By using this formula,the breaking reason has been discovered and a structure with changable cylinder base has been put forward and used in practice.
