摘　　要：本文所介绍的STR-1不锈钢管冷轧油,系以高氯型极压剂、油性剂、表面活性剂、防锈剂等多种添加剂复合而成的透明粘稠液体.具有润滑性好、原料易得、生产工艺简单、使用方便、无污染等优点.该油对提高不锈钢管表面的质量,减少工模具消耗,节约电能,提高生产率具有明显效果.STR-1冷轧油已达到国外同类油的水平.A cold rolling oil for stainless steel tubes, ie type STR-1, was, successfully formulated, evaluated and field tested. It is transparent,and thick liquid made up with high chloride EP additive, oilness agent, surfactant, anticorrosive additive etc, It has the merits of good lubricity, raw maferials readily availabe, easy to produce, convenieut to use and no pollution problem This oil has an obvious effect on improving the quality of the stainless steel tube surface, reducing the consumption of mould and tool saving electricity and enhancing production capacity. The performance of STR--1 cold rolling is equivalent to the same kind product from abroad.
