摘　　要：在现有浆纱机上完善各类参数的在线检测,并实施有效的控制,从而能够应用微电子技术及计算机技术完成对浆纱过程中上浆率、回潮率、伸长率的在线测控,这是改造旧浆纱机的核心问题。本文对浆纱机各参量的检测方法、传感器选择及计算机控制系统的设计作了较深入的探讨。Through perfecting the various parameters' on-line detection on existing sizing machines, andimpleinehting effective control, microelectronics and computer can be applycd to accomplish the detection and control of sizing percentage, moisture regain and extension percentage during sizing. This is the crux of improving old sizing machine. In this article the authors carried out an intensive investigation on the method of detecting the sizing parameters, the selection of sensor and the design of computer control system.
