双片鼻沉降片运动曲线和织针弯纱关系的研究

摘　　要：本文以RX-PL2提花毛圈机为例,分析了提花轮和双片鼻沉降片的啮合关系,探讨了由三角或提花轮齿及其两种钢米控制沉降片的运动状态与织针弯纱位置的关系,研究了沉降片运动曲线与织针运动曲线的对位关系及其对位调整。In this paper, the meshing relation between a horizontal pattern wheel and two-step sinkers has been analysed on a RX-PL2 pile-loop knitting machine with the wheels. The relation is studied between needle bending yarn positions and the sinkers moving conditions, which is controlled by sinker cams or the wheel teeth as well as two kinds of the pattern pins inserted on it. The corresponding relation and adjustment between the movement curves of the sinkers and the needles is discussed.
