高含蜡原油制蜡工艺的研究与实践

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了沈北原油高含蜡馏分油脱蜡过程中的特征问题。通过实验室和生产实践。认为:用溶剂直接脱油的方法是高凝高含蜡原料制取石蜡的最佳工艺,它不仅可以得到各种牌号的石蜡,滤下油进行反序脱蜡还可得到高粘度指数的润滑油基础油。This paper describes the special problems related to dewaxing process of high melting and high wax-contaning fractions derived from Shenyang crude oil.According to the experiments performed in laboratory and comme- rcial plant,it is considered that direct solvent deoiling process is the best. It can not only produce paraffin wax of various grades,but also recover hi- gh Ⅵ lubricating oil base stocks by means of reverse dewaxing of the fi- ltrate.
