摘　　要：本文介绍了压电质量传感即石英晶体微天平（ＱＣＭ）方法的原理及应用。深入探讨了非质量因素对晶振频率的影响、传感器响应讯号的测定方法。综述了压电免疫传感器的研制概况。提出了今后研究工作的方向。The principle and applications of piezoelectric quartz crystal are reviewed, espeially the studies on piezoelectric immunosensors. The influence of nonmass factors on crystal frequency and the determining methods of sensor's responsing signal are discussed. The studying directions in future are also given.
