摘　　要：本文报道在第二轮化学裁军核查国际实验室间比较测试中,利用喇曼光谱和核磁共振波谱,对样品所作的非破坏性测试结果。This paper rcports the results of the second round international interlaboratory comparison te.st for the verifi-cation of chemical disarmament. The samples are tested by Raman and NMR speet rometers nondestructively. The sample forms and measurement conditions are described. The test results are explained in detail.
