摘  要:本实验运用GFAAS法采用热解涂层平台管,测定了血液病患儿、新生儿脐血以及老年组患者血清中铬和锰。用0.01mol/LHNO3(含0.1%TritonX-100)以1+4(V+V)稀释血清,测定的精密度可与火焰法媲美。铬锰检出限(pg/mL)分别为13.8和6.9,回收率分别为96.3%~103.3%和97.0%~104.0%。以最佳实验条件测定了病患儿、新生儿及老年患者血清并以标准牛血清作方法检验,结果满意。This paper deals with the determination of Cr and Mn in sera of infant patients of blood disseases,in navel blood of newborn infants,and of geriatric patients,by GFAAS with pyrolytically coated platform. Before introduced onto the platform,serum samples are diluted with 0. 01 mol/L HNO_3 (containing 0.1%Triton X-100) in the ratio of 1:4.The precisions of this method are comparable to those of FAAS. For Cr and Mn,the detection limits are 14 and 17 pg/mL, and the recoveries are 96%-103% and 97%-104%,respectively. sera of infant patients, newborn infants and geriatric patients had been analyzed by the present method under optimized conditions, and the method had been checked with a bovine serum SRM,results were satisfactory.
