摘 要:本文使用背景电解质为含有光吸收作用的肌酸酐和作为配合对离子的羟基异丁酸,用高效毛细管区带电脉(CBE)间接紫外光度法测定稀土元素。探讨了背景电解质酸度、吸光共存离子和配合对离子浓度对稀土电泳分离的影响;提出用背景电解质预沉积法克服毛细管壁的强烈吸附干扰。9种稀土元素混合物11min内完成分离检测。应用内标法对稀土钢样中单个稀土含量进行了定量分析。The experimental apparatus for high performance capillary electrophoresis was assembled with a modified UV absorber of liquid chromatorgraph and high voltage d. c. power. The high performance capillary zone electrophoresis with indirect UV absorbance was studied for the determination of rare earth elements. The used background electrolyte contained creatinine as a UV absorbing coexisting ion and hydroxyisobutyric acid as complex-ing counter ion. The effect of acidity, concentration of absorbing coexisting ion and complex-ing counter ion on electrophoresis was approached. The predeposition of backgound electrolyte has been proposed so as to overcome the interference of adsorption of creatinine on the capillary wall. The separation of 9 rare earth elements was achieved using a 50μ m i. d. , 50 cm length uncoated fused silica capillary at 15 kV high d. c. voltage in less than 11 min. The method was applied to the quantitative determination of rare earth elements in steel by internal Standard addition and satisfactory result was obtained.
