摘  要:本文研究了用二氯荧光素(DCF)-氯化十六烷基毗啶(CPC)体系荧光猝灭法测定微量碘。在pH为2.8~3.1的H_2SO_4介质中,检出限为0.30μg/25ml,线性范围为0.30~2.00μg/25ml。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,适用于微量碘的测定。A highly sensitive and selective fluorescence quenching method was developed for the determination of iodide (I^- ) with dichlorofluorescein (DCF) as fluorigenic reagent and cetyl pyridine chloride (CPC) as solubilizing agent. In the medium of sulfuric acid solution at pH 2.8-3.l,its maximum excitation wavelength is 528 nm and its maximum emission wavelength is 540 nm. The detection limit is 0. 3 μg/25ml,the linear calibration range is 0. 3-2. 0 μg/25ml. The method has been used for the determination of trace I^- in synthetic brine with satisfactory results.
