催化荧光法测定痕量锰的研究

摘　　要：本文基于在弱酸性介质中及活化剂氨三乙醚存在下，锰（Ⅱ）对高碘酸钾氧化ｍｅｓｏ－四（４－三甲铵苯基）卟啉的催化作用，提出了一个测定痕量锰的催化荧光新体系。方法的检出限为８．１×１０￣（－２）ｎｇ／ｍＬ，线性范围为１０～４０ｎｇ／２５ｍＬ，１～１０ｎｇ／２５ｍＬ，不经分离可直接用于精镁中锰的测定。new catalvtic fluorescence method has been de-scri bed for the determination of trace manganese,It is based on the catalysis of Mn(Ⅱ)to oxidizl meso-tetrakis-(4-trimethylam monium phenyl)-porphyrin with potass-ium periodate and nitrilo triacetic acid as activator in HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH4.5).The detection limit for Mn is 8.1×10￣(-2)ng/mL.The linear range of deter-mination is 10～40ng/25mL,1～ 10ng/25mL of Mn.The method has been used to determine trace Mn in pure magnesium.
