摘　　要：本文研究了咪唑偶氮苯酚－４－磺醚与Ｆｅ（Ⅱ）的显色反应条件，应用拟定的方法测定了菠菜、芹菜、人发、天然水中微量铁的含量，回收率在９５％以上，结果令人满意。The reaction of IAP-4S with Fe(Ⅱ)has beenstudied for the determination of iron in the biologicaland environmental samples.Beer’s law was obeyed foriron in the range of 0～50 μg/25mL. The apparentmolar absorptivity of the complex at 692nm was 1.18×10￣4L; mol￣(-1).cm￣(-1).The relative standard deviationfor nine determinations was 1%for 10 μg/25mL ofiron,The method has been applied to the determina-tion of iron in spinach,celery,human hair,naturaland well waters,and excellent results were obtained
