摘　　要：本文研究了表面活性剂存在下，邻氯苯基荧光酮与钒（Ⅴ）的荧光行为，建立了高灵敏度测定钒的荧光熄灭法。钒与邻氯苯基荧光酮的络合比为１：２。邻氯苯基荧光酮量子产率变化△Φ＝０．１９５。n this paper,the fluorometric behaviors of V(Ⅴ)with o-chlorophenyl-fluorone(CLPF)have beenstudied in the presence of surfactants.A new highlysensitive fluorometric quenching method for the deter-mination of vanadium has been reported. The detec-tion limit of vanadium is 4 × 10￣(-11)mol/L.The molarratio of V (Ⅴ)to CLPF in the complex has beenfound to be 1:2.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of vanadium in naturalwater with satisfactory results.
