摘　　要：本文研究了季胺醚类的溴酚蓝萃取分光光度法。此法灵敏、快速和简便，在２５ｍＬ中０～５０μｇ范围内服从比尔定律，其摩尔吸光系数为４．６×１０￣４Ｌ／ｃｍ．ｍｏｌ。In this paper the,extraction spectrophotometryfor the determination of quaternary ammonium etherspec ies with bromochlorophenol blue is discussed.Thismethod is sensitive,quick and simple. Beer’s law isobeyed in the range of 0～5μg per 25mL and themolar absorptivity is 4.6×10￣4 L/cm. mol.
