摘 要:本文研究了meso-四-(4-甲氧苯基)卟啉与Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的共显色条件和导数光谱条件,提出了用偏最小二乘法(PLS)解析导数光谱进行Cu、Zn同时测定的计算分析方法。在pH7.05的介质中,有表面活性剂Tween-80存在时,于沸水浴内加热16min,Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)均能显色完全。采用四阶导数光谱进行测量,其摩尔响应系数(峰-峰法)分别达9.14×10 ̄6和1.53×10 ̄7。该法用于Cu:Zn为0.03:0.50~0.40:0.02(μg/25mL)的合成样品测定,相对误差在±5%以内;用于人体血清中Cu、Zn及Cu/Zn的测定,结果与原子吸收光谱法相吻合。The common color reaction conditions and thederivative spectral conditions for meso-tetrakis-(4-methoxyphenyl)-porphyrin (TMOPP)with Cu(Ⅱ)and Zn (Ⅱ)have been investigated.A derivativespectrophotometric partial least so uares(PLS)methodfor the simultaneous determination of copper,zinc andtheir ratio has been developed.Heated for 16min in aboiling water-bath and in the neutral medium of pH 7.05 and in the presence of Tween-80 , the color reactionof TMOPP-Cu ,- Zn can proceed quantitatively. Their4th-derivative molar responsive coefficients(peak to-peak)are 9.14×10 ̄6 and 1. 53×10 ̄7,respectively. Theproposed method has been applied to the determinationof Cu,Zn and Cu/Zn in artificial samples(Cu:Zn=0.03:0.5~04:0. 02μg/25mL)and in human serumsamples,and the relative errors for the former arewithin±5%(4th-derivative)and the results for thelatter are in good agreement with those of atomicabsorption spectrometry.
