摘　　要：介绍利用Intel8031单片微型计算机,对国内的721型分光光度计进行了改造,设计了简便的接口电路。并编写了汇编语言程序.在微机的控制下,可实现光门开闭、调零、确定透过率100%及吸光度测定的自动化。此外,还具有部分校正仪器漂移的功能。改造后的分光光度计吸光度数字显示,吸光度测定范围及重现性优于原721型分光光度计,在实验室常规分析、在线分析及流动注射分析中有广阔的应用前景。A model 721 spectrophotometer was adapted with a 8-bit single chip microcomputer (Intel 8031). The interface between the microcomputer and the spectrophotometer is described. The programs are written with assembly language. The opening and closing of the shutter, the zero point adjustment, the 100% transmittance determination and the absorbance mea-surement can be accomplished automatically unde.r the control of the microcomputer. The measurement range and reproducibility are better than the original one.
