摘 要:Cu(Ⅱ)与L-氨基酸和5'-嘌呤核苷酸配合物的SOD活性邵昌平,赵丽华,刘宇新,郭和夫(中国科学院大连化学物理研究所,大连116023)关键词Cu(Ⅱ)-氨基酸配合物,Cu(Ⅱ)-氨基酸-核苷酸配合物,SOD活性.1.前言在已发现的三种超氧化物歧化...The active site of Copper-zinc superoxide dismutase(Cu,Zn-SOD)is consisted of Cu(Ⅱ)and Zn(Ⅱ)ions which are bridged by a imidazole ring of histidine. Cu(Ⅱ)is responsible for enzyme activity. Cu(Ⅱ)coordinates with four imidazole N atoms of hisidine residues to form a near square plane. A series of Cu(Ⅱ)-L-amino acid binary complexes possessing square plane form and Cu(Ⅱ)-L-amino acid-5'-purine nucleotide ternary complexes possessing tetrahedron form was synthesized, the SOD activities of those complexes were determined.It was found that the SOD activities of binary Cu (Ⅱ)complexes are higher than that of the ternary Cu(Ⅱ)complexes, but they are lower than that of bovine Cu,Zn-SOD,and higher than that of Cu(Ⅱ)complexes with dien or aspiritate.The correlation between SOD activities and structure of Cu(Ⅱ)complexes was discussed.
