It was observed that the oxidized product was only cyclohexanone and product yield increased with prolonging reaction time and lifting up reaction temperature.The preferred solvent was tert-butyl alcohol,Furthermore, it was also found that for the ammoximation of cyclohexanone and ammonia on TS-1 zeolites hydrogen peroxide possessed high catalytic activity. In three tested catalysts, conversion ratio of cyclohexanone and selectivity of oxime on TS─1 zeolite were the highest. When tert-butyl alcohol was used as the solvent, the yield of oxime could reach 38.5%(mol%).
