摘 要:以不同浓度病毒悬液浸渍柏木叶,饲喂感染3龄初蜀柏毒蛾幼虫,感染浓度与死亡机率值回归方程式为y=3.335+0.314x;LC50值为2.036×105PIB/ml.以4×106、4×107和4×108PIB/ml3种浓度病毒感染3龄初幼虫,其LT50值分别为7.84、7.61和6.85d.试验表明,同一浓度病毒(4×107PIB/ml)对不同龄期幼虫的感染力不同.幼虫死亡率随龄期增大而降低,从2龄的89.5%降到5龄的67.07%;LT50值随着龄期增大而延长,从2龄的6.88d增加到5龄的8.45d.温度对幼虫感病死亡速度有一定影响,但对总死亡率影响不大.病毒在冰箱中(4℃)保藏一年,对其活性影响不大,而在室温下保藏一年,其感染力下降46.3%~54.7%.Early third-instar larvae were fed on Chinese weeping cryprese leaves contaminated with different concentration of polyhedral inclusion bodies (PIB) of PoNPV. Theregressive equation between concentration and mortality was y=3.335+0.314x.The LC50values was 2.036×105PIB/ml.The LT50 values for the virus concentration of 4×106, 4×107and 4×108PIB/ml were 7.84,7.61 and 6. 85 days respectively.Tests of larval suspensionindicated that mortality decreased as the larvae grew from 89.5% of second-instar larvaeto 67.07% of fifth-instar larvae. The LT50 values increased with the increase of instar,from 6.88 days of second-instar larvae to 8. 45 days of fifth-instar larvae. Temperature hadno influence upon the total mortality but it did affect the death rate. PoNPV slfored for oneyear in refrigerator(4℃ ) did not lose its activity,but that stored for one year at room temperature lost 46. 3~54.7% of its activity.
