摘 要:本文报导了分别用18个和50个无性系研究两种不同的插穗切制方式及不同采穗部位对生根的影响.试验结果表明:穗条在扦插前从基部再次修剪会降低其生根能力或推迟其生根的时间;在离地面15cm之内每隔5cm采穗,插穗的生根能力未见明显差异,但无性系间差异达极显著水平.and 50 clones were randomly selected from a clonal popula non of Chinese fir and were used to investigate the effects on rooting of two kinds of cutting preparation ways and different positions of ortets repectively. The results indicated that the rooting ability of cuttings would be reduced or the rooting time of cuttings would be put off in Chinese fir (Cunninghamia Lanceolata (Lamb. )Hook) if the cutting ends were trimed before cutting,and that there were no obvious differences in the two rooting traits among cuttings which were taken within 15cm from ground,but thd differences in the two traits among these clones were significant.
