斜孔塔板在松脂连续蒸馏中应用的研究

摘　　要：自１９８９年以来将斜孔塔板用于松脂连续蒸馏获得成功．斜孔塔板综合了浮喷塔板、浮阀塔板和筛孔塔板的大部分优点，生产应用结果表明：斜孔塔极性能优于浮阀塔板，完全适用于松脂连续蒸馏．塔板效率较高，分离效果好，减少直接蒸汽用量，液沫夹带量较少，运行稳定，弹性足够大，设计能力为２５ｔ／ｄ，在１５ｔ／ｄ和３５ｔ／ｄ下，仍运行良好，产品合格．重油含量较高的马尾松松脂液在塔内的停留时间可缩短到１０ｍｉｎ以内，相应的出香温度不高于１９０℃，松香的软化点仍可达７６Ｃ以上．The auther develops a type of oblique opening tray that has been successfully applied in the continuous distillation of oleoresin since 1989.The oblique opening tray comprises the advantages of float-jet tray,floatvalve tray and sieve-tray; and the application of the oblique opening tray in the distillation shows that it performs more satisfactory than float-valve tray and is most sutiable to be used in continuous distillation of oleoresin;that the efficiency of the oblique opening tray is higher than that of float-valve tray and the entrainment is less, resulting in good separation effect. The operation is stable and the operational capacity is considerably elastic,so a 25t/d column as designed, can normally operate at 15t/d or 35t/d, to Produce qualified rosin and turpentine. The keeping time of oleoresin in the column with Oblique opening trays has been shortened within 10 minutes with a rosin discharge temperature of no more than 190℃ and softening Point of rosin above 76℃,even in the case that the oleoresin of Pinus massoniana contains a large Percentage of heavy oil.
