摘 要:家兔精液用特定电磁波(TDP)照射3min,精子体外获能采用m—HIS(15min)+m-DM(2-4h).家兔卵母细胞经TDP照射5min并体外培养10-12h.家兔的卵泡卵母细胞经体外受精和体外培养的结果表明,经TDP照射的精液与未经TDP照射的卵母细胞的体外受精,原核形成率达64.7%,对照织为44.4%,两者差异显著(P<0.05),2-细胞以上的受精卵发育率分别为56.8%和50%(P>0.05),经TDP照射的卵母细胞与未经TDP照射的精液的体外受精,原核形成率达63.7%,对照组为46.7%,两者差异显著(P<0.05),2-细胞以上的受精卵发育率分别为58.9%和47.2%(P>0.05)、用TDP照射精液或卵母细胞能显著提高其体外受精率.Group one: rabbit semen was radiated with Specific Electromagnetic Wave (TDP) for 3 minutes and sperm capacitation was carried out with m-HIS for 15 minutes, and in m-DM for 2-4 hours, then fertilited with normal oocytes in vitro. Group two: normal oocytes were radiated with TDP for 5 minutes and cultivated for 10-12 hours, and then fertilited with normal sperm in vitro. The results showed that the rate of pronucleus formation was 64.7% in treated group and 44.4% in the control (P< 0.05) and the rate of embryo development was 56.8% and 50.0% respectively (P>0.05) in group one. The rate of pronucleus formation was 63.7% in treated group and 46.7% in the control (P<0.05), the rate of embryo development was 58.9%and 47.2% respectively (P>0.05). The results indicated that fertilitation rate in rabbit was significantly incresed by the TDP radiation to semen or oocytes.
