摘 要:分别用稻瘟病菌及其制备的粗毒素注射心叶和穗苞,结果表明,粗毒素对水稻叶部及穗部的毒性与产毒菌株对水稻的致病力基本相似.水稻品种与病菌小种之间的分化性互作,仅在个别品种与粗毒素的组合中表现出来.这种分化性互作是特殊情况还是较普遍存在的现象,仍然有必要进一步查明.粗毒素对水稻品种叶都与穗部毒性的一致性比病菌致病力的一致性更显著.Experiments were conducted with two different races and their crude toxin. The results showed that toxicity of crude toxin was similar to the virulence of the pathogen to rice varieties when both of them were injected into plants at the periods of leaf duration and panical duration respectively. The differential interaction often appeared between rice varieties and pathogen races in rice blast disease but there existed just in a few combinations between varieties and crude toxin in this study. Whether it is a special or universal phenomenon further studies were needed. The correspondence with pathogenicity of crude toxin to leaves and cars of rice plants was more remarkablethan that of pathogen.
