摘  要:通过水分胁迫盆栽试验,采用预接种育苗移栽的方法,探讨VA菌根菌、外生菌根菌和固氮菌对甘蔗生长的影响.结果表明:VA菌根菌单接种处理显著提高了水分胁迫下蔗叶的硝酸还原酶活性,促进了蔗株N、P、K的吸收和脯氨酸的积累,提高了叶绿素含量以及生物学产量.以外生菌根菌A1单接种处理,甘蔗的叶片叶绿素含量、生物学产量也都比不接种的有所提高.若以VA菌根菌、外生菌根菌A1和固氮菌联合三接种,叶片中N、P、K、脯氨酸、叶绿素含量及生物学产量均明显超过VA菌根单接种的.Sugarcane seedlings were preinoculated with mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae, Calvatia lilacina) and Azotobacter sp.and transplanted to pots in the greenhouse. The results indicated that preinoculations with vesicular-arbuscular (VA) mycorrhizal fungus significantly increased the nitriate reduase activities, promoted the absorption of N, P and K as well as the accumulation of free proline, raised the chlorophyll content and biological yield of sugarcane on exposed to water stress. The chlorophyll content and biological yield in preinoculation with C.lilacina were higher than that in the control. However,combinative inoculation with G. mosseae, C.lilacina and Azo.sp. could greatly exceed the single inoculation with VA mycorrhizal fungus in the content of N, P, K, free proline and chlorophyll in leaves and biological yield.
