鸭血清碱性磷酸酶同工酶表现型的研究

摘　　要：应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法研究家鸭和番鸭的碱性磷酸酶同工酶表现型。发现有Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅳ六种型，所有的公鸭只表现Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三型，母鸭表现较大分离，其中：莆田黑鸭Ｉ占６．３６％，Ⅱ占８．１８％，Ⅳ占５６．３６％，Ⅴ２９．１０％；香白鸭Ⅰ占２３．３３％，Ⅳ占４０．００％；Ⅴ占３６．６７％；北京鸭Ｉ占１８．７５％，Ⅱ占３．１３％，Ⅳ占３．１３％，Ⅴ占７５．００％；番鸭Ⅰ占３０．００％，Ⅱ占３６．６７％，Ⅳ占１０．００％，Ⅴ占１３．３３％，Ⅵ占１０．００％。The Phenotypes ofAlkaline Phosphatase isozyme in serums of native ducks and introduced ducks(Cairina moschata)were investigated by the methods of polyacrylaimde gel electrophoresis. The ducks from four breeds possessed six kinds of alkaline phosphatase isozyme phenotypes.i. e.Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ .and Ⅵ All male ducks had ouly Ⅰ.Ⅱ.Ⅲ phenotypes, female ducks showed great segregation, their distributions were as follows : Putian Black Duck Ⅰ 6.36%,Ⅱ8.18%,Ⅳ 56. 36%, Ⅴ 29. 10%:Xiangbai Duck Ⅰ 23.33%, Ⅳ40.00%, Ⅴ 36.67%:Beijing Duck Ⅰ 18.75%Ⅱ 3.13%,Ⅳ 3.13%,Ⅴ 75.00%;introduced Duck Ⅰ 30.00%, Ⅱ 36. 67%, Ⅳ 10.00%,Ⅴ 13.33,Ⅵ 100%。
