肺心病患者甲状腺激素及皮质醇变化的意义

摘　　要：分析６６例慢性肺心病患者甲状腺激素和肾上腺皮质激素水平，慢性肺心病急发期组Ｔ３，Ｔ４均值明显低于缓解期组及正常组；ｒＴ３均值明显高于后二组，ＴＳＨ均值三组相比无显著差异；慢性肺心病急发期组皮质醇明显高于缓解期及正常组。以上变化对肺心病的病情观察和治疗有一定意义。The serum thyroid and adrenocortical hormones were determinded in 66 cases with cor pulmonale.The serum level of T3,T4 cases with cor pulmonale in acute onset was markedly lower than that of relaxing cases and the normal control,while rT3 was significantly higher than that of relaxing cases and the normal controls.No significant difference of TSH was found among three groups.The levels of F(8 AM)and F(4PM)of cases with cor pulmonale in acute oneset were significantly higher than that of relaxing cases and the normal controls.It is suggested that the changes of serum levels of above mentioned hormones may be of significance in the observation and treatment of the patients with cor pulmonale.
