摘  要:本文研究了两种热致液晶高聚物(TLCP)及与聚碳酸酯(PC)和聚醚砜(PES)原位复合材料的拉伸与弯曲性能。TLCP在基体中形成微纤增强相,使材料的性能成倍提高。增强效果依赖于工艺条件如料温、剪切速率、粘度等,它们强烈地影响原位复合材料的刚度和强度,傅里叶杠外光谱结果表明,TLCP与基体非完全相容,界面结合不佳,导致弯曲强度提高不明显。Tensile and bending properties of blends of two thermotropicliquid crystalline polymers With a polycarbonate and a polyethersulfone havo been investigated,respectively,The injection molded test bars of these blends exhibite great stiffness due to in-situ formed fibers of the disperse TLCP phase in matrix during the melt blending and mold filling,and the moduli of the TLCP fibers in the matrix which in the experiment were obtained are substantially higher than those presently known from polymer literature.The processing conditions such as melt temperature and injection speed have a striking influence upon the mechanical ploperties.Because of immiscibility between TLCP‘ s and matrix polymers,measured by FTIR,there is only weak adhesion between these components, so that the strengths of the blends was found to be similar to that of the unblended matrixes,and a reinfor-cement was not always observed.The injection molded bars show also great hardness in the cross section,but there is a non-uniform distribution.
