摘  要:本文研究了快中子辐照对小麦幼苗生长以及过氧化物和酯酶同功酶的影响。结果表明,随着辐照剂量的增大,小麦幼苗的苗高、鲜重和干重都明显降低;叶绿素a和叶绿素b也出现缓慢下降趋势;然而,膜透性却逐渐升高。过氧化物酶同功酶酶谱发生了很大的变化。处理1少一条带(Rf0.18),增加三条带(Rf0.34、0.37、0.38);处理2少一条带(Rf0.18),出现了三条新带(Rf0.017、0.039、0.57);处理3少一条带(Rf0.18),增加一条新带(Rf0.57)。脂酶同功酶也发生了变化。The effects of the radiation of the 14Mev fast neutron on the wheat growth and on isoperoxi-dase and isolipase in wheat seedlings were studied in this paper.Under the radiation of fast neu-tron,the seedling height,fresh and dry weight dropped heavily.Chla and Chlb also decreasedgradually.However,the membrane permeability had an increase,Electrophoresis showed thatthe isoperoxidase changed markedly.In the wheat seedlings radiated with “Treatment 1”,twobands(Rf 0. 18 and 0.36)disappeared, but five new bands(Rf 0.33,0.34,0.36.0. 37 and 0.38)appeared.With “Treatment 2”,one band disappeared(Rf0.18 )while three new bandsformed (Rf0.017,0.039,and 0.57).However,with “Treatmet ”only one band(Rf0.18)lostand one new band appeared.The change in isolipase was rather weak.With all the three treat-ments,only one band disappeared(Rf 0.30):and no new band formed
