摘  要:对沙坡头地区引进和野生的19属51种豆科植物的结瘤固氮状况进行了调查,除花生(Arachishypoyaea)、三刺皂荚(Gleditsiatriacanthus)铃铛刺(Halimodendronhalodendron)3属3种外,其余48种均能自然结瘤,种的结瘤率为94.1%,其中27种为Allen文献中未记载的结瘤豆科植物。根瘤形态大多数圆形、棒状或指状,形态较为规则,白色黄色者居多,乙炔还原活力测定表明,24.6%为无效根瘤,不同种豆科植物根瘤的乙炔还原活力相差不大,一般活力都较低,乙炔还原活力小于1μmolC2H4/g·h的占检测总数的45.9%,最高者仅为12.08μmolC2H4/g·h,这与新疆地区豆科植物根瘤乙炔还原活力相比相差较大。分析认为引种栽培时间短、水分条件差可能是沙坡头豆科植物共生固氮体系效能低下的主要原因。The nodulation and nitrogen fixation of 51 species belonging to 19 genura of Legumes have been studied in Shapotou region. All of them can nodulate except Arachis hypoyaea, Gledistsia triacanthus and Halimodendron halodendron, Amony of them 15species have not been reported yet in the literature. The shapes of nodules of these plants were circular,ellipse or cudgel,most of them were white and yellow in colour. 62 samples of nodules were deteted with the method of acetylene reduction. 24. 6% of these nodules samples were ineffective for nitrogen fixation. Activities of nitrogen fixation in nodules varied little,all of them were low. 45. 9%of them are under 1 μmol C,H./gh.,the highest is only 12. 08μmol C2H4/gh.
