O_3对小麦幼苗核酸和蛋白质代谢的影响

摘  要:小麦幼苗叶片DNA对O_3极为敏感,O_3处理的第一天就明显下降;RNA第一天降低幅度不大,第二天开始大幅度降低,同时RN_(ase)活性显著上升。可溶性蛋白质含量亦随之降低,SDS─PAGE分析表明,可溶性蛋白质组分也发生了深刻变化,高分子量蛋白质随处理时间延长而逐渐降解消失。The DNA in the leaf of wheat seedling was sensitive to O_3 and DNA content decreased great-ly on the first day of treatment.However,RNA content began to decrease significantly on thesecond day of O_3 treatment.Meanwhile,RN_(ase) activity was stimulated by O_3 treatment.Solubleprotein content was also decreased.SDSPAGE study showed that O_3 treatment also resulted inthe change in protein constituents and the high molecular weight proteins decomposed and disap-peared gradually with the lengthening of time.
