摘　　要：介绍了双层卷焊管生产中冷轧带钢电解双面镀铜、带钢的边部处理、管成型、钎焊、质量检查等工艺规程。指出了提高双层卷焊管质量与成材率的办法。This paper deals with the manufacture processes of the dual-layer coiled welded pipes,involving various aspects,including two-side electrolytic copper coating of the cold-rolled strip,strip edge treatment,pipe formation,soldering and quality inspection etc.Some measures for quality and yield elevation of the said pipes are also proposed.
