延长日照推迟甘蔗野生资源花期研究

摘　　要：1991－1993年，30个割手密，11个斑茅和12个野生F1代无性系经过13—13．5h的长日照处理后，可延迟花期最长达93—118天。利用延迟开花材料在开远首次获得具云南珍贵野生血缘的F1代杂交花穗和大量实生苗。结果表明，长日照可有效地延迟野生资源开花，达到调节花期的目的，这为甘蔗野生资源的利用，解决杂交花期不遇的技术难题，开辟了新的途经。In 1991-1993, flowerirg time of 30 clones of S. spontoneum, 11 clones of S. arundinaceum and 12 clones of wild F1 could be delayed to maxinum to 93-118 days,by treatment of long daylenyth of 13 -135 hours. 19 tascels and many seedting of S. spmtaneum F1 and S. arumdinaceum F1, which have valuable gentic background of Yunnan, were first obtained from delayed flowerings by sexual hybridization at Kaiyuan. The results showed that flowerig of the wild sugarcane germ piosm could be sucessfully delayed by long-day treatment, achieving the syrchronous flowering. The techrica1 barriers of theunsynchronized flowering were broken down, whioh provded new methools for utilization of wild sugarcane germplasm.
