药敷和意守涌泉穴治疗原发性高血压

摘　　要：分析了１９９３年全路车辆部门的安全情况、切轴事故、安全工作存在的主要问题，提出了当前防燃、防切的主要对策。１９９４年安全工作的重点仍然是放在抓防燃、防切、防制动闸件脱落，防中、侧梁和大型配件的裂折事故，严禁互放技术不良车和制动故障关门上，抓漏检、漏修、漏报和误报，抓简化修、违法修。One of the characteristics of hypertension is function excess of upper organs and deficiency of the lower organs in human body. Medicated compress and concentration of thouhgts on Yongquan point can direct the fire (excess of the function of heart and others)to its original position and Harmonize the relationship between the fire and the water (the function of heart and that of kidneys)in order to keep the balance of Yin and Yang. The effectives of lowering the pressure is no difference from that of the western and Chinese medicines. But its dropping blood fat, recovering ceberal resistance-blood flow and far-reading treatment are obvionsly higher than the contrasted.
