在英国用中药治疗异位性湿疹115例临床观察

摘　　要：异位性湿疹又称异位性皮炎、遗传过敏性湿疹,是一种变态反应性皮肤病。其特点是患者或家族有明显的异位性:①有容易罹患哮喘、枯草热、湿疹、过敏性鼻炎的家族性倾向;②对异种蛋白过敏;③血清中反应素(IgE)值高;④血液嗜酸性白血球增多。皮损特点在婴儿期多呈急性或亚急性湿疹状,好发于面颊及额部,儿童及成人期多呈亚急性或慢性湿疹状,好发于四肢屈侧,以肘、膝窝明显。伴有剧烈瘙痒和干燥感。 1991年1月至1992年1月。there were 115 foreign pationts with malposition eczema treated in Britain by traditional Chinese medicines, the types of which were divided into three: damp-heat, damp-spleen and deficient yin with blood dryness. Among these patients,29 cases were cured completely,34 cases were marked effective, 43 patients got improvement of their condition and 9 cases failed,the total effectiveness of which reached 92. 2 per cent.
