摘 要:本文对甘蔗分子育种、有性杂交育种、辐射育种三者作了对比,在阐明若干依据后认为:甘蔗分子育种无需回交,可缩短育种时间;在子代中保留受体优良特性较多;代变率高。This peper made a comparison among the breeding methods of sugarcane, such as by molecular system of heredity, sexual hybridization and rndiation induction Results showed that the breding by molecular system of heredity did not ned the backcross, the breeding period could be shortened, the fine charaters be able kept in filial generation, and the rate of fine variance would be high. The intro-duction ways of exogenous DNA were also discussed in this paper. As accepters selected from various organ and its variance of filial generation in field experiment were predicted and analyed. Due to the asexuai propagation, sugarcane bud, embryonal cellular mass and seedlings cultured by tissue as accopters in the studies must be emphasized. The author considered that combination of molecular biolo-gist and sugarcane breeder would be the best form of organization to set up the title for the studies.
